I am writing from Corozal Town, Belize, an underdeveloped, Central American and Caribbean nation. Corozal Town is located adjacent to the Mexican border of Chetumal. Formerly British Honduras, the main language is English, and the town’s population is about 35,000 and growing. The majority of Belizeans speak English and the rest Spanish.
